Procedure:
Pre-heat the oven to medium-high temperature.
Chop the almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts.
In a bowl mix the pumpkin seeds, the buckwheat flakes, ground flax, ground seeds, chocolate chips, almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts.
In another bowl mix the egg, the white and the sugar.
Integrate dry and wet ingredients.
Line a rectangular dish with waxed paper and a little oil and pour the mixture.
Press until the entire surface is covered. Ideally, they should be 2-2.5 centimeters thick.
Bake for 15 minutes. Do not go too far from the oven as they brown very quickly.
Let cool and divide into rectangles.
