CHOCO CAKE - Gluten Free



  1. In a bowl, beat the dulce de leche and white cheese until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. In another container, mix the cocoa powder and coffee with the milk.
  3. Dip the chocolate cookies one at a time and arrange them in a mold.
  4. Cover with a layer of the dulce de leche and white cheese preparation.
  5. Repeat the layers until there is no room in the mold.
  6. Take to the freezer for at least 4 hours.
