CHOCO CAKE - Gluten Free
- In a bowl, beat the dulce de leche and white cheese until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- In another container, mix the cocoa powder and coffee with the milk.
- Dip the chocolate cookies one at a time and arrange them in a mold.
- Cover with a layer of the dulce de leche and white cheese preparation.
- Repeat the layers until there is no room in the mold.
- Take to the freezer for at least 4 hours.
