Gluten-free bread

Preparacion

Prepare the yeast with yeast, milk and a tablespoon of sugar. Mix the dry ones, add the egg, the oil, the water and the ferment (When it has made foam)
Knead and shape. Let rise for approx 40 minutes, brush with oil and bake in a moderate oven (180 °) until golden brown for approx 12 minutes

Ingredientes

– 500gr of gluten-free premix
– 100 gr of Olienka buckwheat flour
– 2 tablespoons of ground sesame
– 1 tablespoon of Fibramas (psyllium husk + ground flax)
– 1 tablespoon of salt
– 25 gr of fresh yeast (or 1 sachet of dry)
– 100 cc of warm milk
– 300 cc of warm water
– 1 egg
– 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
