PIZZA

Preparacion

Procedure:
-Place the sugar in a small container with the shelled yeast and a little warm water. We dissolve.
-On the other hand we incorporate all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the egg, the oil and the previous ferment.
-If necessary, add a little warm water in such a way that it allows us to form a smooth and tender bun.
-Then we oil a plate and on it we stretch the bun.
-We cover the pizza maker with a film and let it rest approx. 20 to 30 minutes.
-We bake at medium temperature for 10/15 minutes and then place the desired cover. It can be sauteed vegetables, golden onions or whatever you want

100 g cornstarch
100 g cassava starch
50 g of buckwheat flour
3 oil tablespoons
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
25 g fresh yeast
1 egg
