APPLE CAKE WITH SARRACENE CRISP

Preparacion

STEPS

  1. Process the butter with the sugar, add the egg and the vanilla essence, integrate all the ingredients well until obtaining a paste.
  2. Sift dry ingredients: premix and baking powder. Add the “flour” to the dough and knead with your hands. Reserve the bun in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and then line the previously greased mold. Refrigerate 15 more minutes.
  3. For the crunchy: mix (without kneading) the butter, the premix, the sugar and the flakes until they form a sandblaster. Book.
  4. For the filling: peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Place in an oven safe container. Cook until tender (you can also cook 10 minutes in the microwave).
  5. For the assembly: fill the dough with the cooked apple and sprinkle with the crisp. Take to a preheated oven at medium temperature for 20 to 25 minutes or until we see that the crunch is golden.
