GLUTEN FREE BAGEL

Preparacion

Procedure:
Activate the yeast, place it in a bowl with a little water and honey. We let it rest until it foams. We place all the dry in a bowl and mix. We integrate the liquids, the fermented yeast and knead until forming a bun. Let rise twice, then knead again and divide the dough into balls of the same size. We make a little hole in the center and we form like a wheel. We let it rise again.
We put a pot with water and the 4 tbsp. of sugar over the fire, when it boils, cook the bagels for 1 minute.
When we remove them from the water we put them on a plate with parchment paper, we paint with egg and we place seeds on top.
We preheat the oven to 180º and bake for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
200 gr. of gluten-free flour mix.
30 gr. of buckwheat flour.
20 gr. of rice flour.
1 tsp. of xanthic gum tea.
5 gr. baking powder.
1 tsp. of salt.
1 tbsp of honey.
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
150 cc. of water.
4 tbsp. of sugar.
