BANANA PUDDING - Gluten Free

Preparacion

-Mix all the dry ones in a bowl, make a little hole in the center and add the liquids!
-Mix with a whisk until you get a homogeneous consistency and without lumps.
-Step a banana and add it to the mixture, if you are going to add nuts, add them now!
-Place everything in a mold, you can throw a few teaspoons of dulce de leche. I sprinkle sugar on top to generate that golden and crispy capita that I love!
-Bake in the oven for about 180 ° for 30/40 min or until golden brown (you can use the trick of the toothpick! They prick it with a toothpick if it comes out clean it is ready !!!)
