➡ Preparation:
In a bowl place the flour, salt, water and mix well. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours. Place the eggs, the oil and the previously hydrated dough in the blender.
After blending well, heat a pan and brush with coconut oil. Add a part of the mixture and cook well, turn and cook on the other side without burning. It should come out 6 large pancakes.
Spread a pancake with mayonnaise and place some green leaves. Place another pancake on top, spread with the mayonnaise and place the cheese slices. Add another pancake, spread with the mayonnaise and place the tomato slices. Add another pancake on top, spread with the mayonnaise and place the sliced eggs. Add another pancake, spread with mayonnaise and add the grated carrot. Finish with the last pancake, cover with mayonnaise and decorate to taste.
