NOODLES WITH SARRACENE

Preparacion

Procedure
.Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the eggs, the oil and we form the dough.
We add a little water if necessary to achieve a smooth, tender and homogeneous dough.
.Cut the bun into four parts, separate each one, place a little starch on the counter, stretch and cut the noodles.
We cook in plenty of salted water.
We accompany with some rich sauce!

The recipe makes 3 to 4 servings.
